The ACE Mentor Program of America, founded in 1994, is a no-cost after-school program that prioritizes workforce development for high school students by connecting them with design and construction industry experts.

Chicago Women in Trades
A nonprofit dedicated to building economic equity by increasing women’s participation in the skilled trades and other high-wage blue-collar occupations.
